Onboarding:
Commitment: Choose a 3-month or 6-month minimum coaching commitment on a month-to-month basis.
Mandatory Consultation: An onboarding consultation is required before or during registration.
Initial Plan: Your initial plan will be sent within 5-7 business days after the initial call, completion of documentation, and payment.
Subscription Pause: One pause of up to 60 days is allowed after completing the initial 3-month commitment. Additional pauses are at the coach's discretion and must be discussed 72 hours before the next payment.
Recommendations: No recommendations will be provided outside of a formal consultation or coaching relationship.
General Client Communication:
Business Days: Monday - Friday.
Response Time: 48-hour turnaround for message communication on business days.
Late Check-Ins: Responses to late check-ins are not guaranteed to be on time (see check-in section).
Messaging Platforms: All communication must be via email and WhatsApp. Social media platforms are not accepted for urgent communication, check-ins, lab work, or coaching.
Lab Work Communication:
Turnaround Time: 5-7 business days for review.
Review Methods: Reviews may be done via email, Loom, or phone/Zoom calls. Calls may not be within the 5-7 business day window.
Submission: Send all lab work as email attachments once all markers have returned. Do not send partial labs or labs over multiple emails.

Username or password information to log into your medical portal
Labs sent via social media
Client Check-ins:
Clients are responsible for their check-ins.
Deadline: Check-ins are due by 11:59 PM EST on your assigned check-in day.
Response Time: Check-ins will be replied to within 1-2 business days.
Late or Missed Check-Ins: Late check-ins will be responded to at the coach’s availability and may be deferred to the following week. Communicate with your coach if you miss a check-in.
Training Videos: Submit training videos via WhatsApp anytime, preferably immediately after training. Response time is 48 hours, excluding weekends.
Consultations and Subscriptions:
Scheduling: Consultation calls will be scheduled after payment is completed.
Protocol Delivery: A written protocol, follow-up instructions, and resources will be sent within 5-7 business days of the consultation call.
Package Expiry: Consultation packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase, with no extensions or refunds.
Exclusions: Training programming and training video reviews are not included in consultation services.
Email Subscription: Email communication has a 72-business hour response time (excluding weekends). A paid consultation call may be recommended for extensive support.
Mentorship:
Lab Work and Supplements: Discounted lab work orders and supplements through Fullscript are available to support your clients' health.
Subscription, Cancellation, and Payments:
No refunds after payment processing.
Payments: Subscription payments are charged monthly or in full for 3-month or 6-month intervals from the initial order date and will auto-renew unless written notice is given 30 days before the next payment date.
Cancellation: Notify your coach 30-days prior the payment date to cancel. No refunds after payment processing.
Termination by Client: Coaches are not obligated to refund payments for unused services. If a Client decides to terminate their contract prior to the end of their designated term, the Client understands that they must pay 50% of the remaining balance of their contract’s term in full.
Termination by Coach: The coach will refund payments for unused services if coaching is terminated by the coach.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, your coach will contact you within 48 hours, and resolution must be achieved within 5 days of the due date.
Privacy:
Confidentiality: All information shared with your coach is confidential, and efforts will be made to prevent data breaches or loss.
Media: Anonymity will always be honored. Written testimonials, struggles, or wins may be shared on social media, but your identity will be kept confidential. Photos or videos will have faces hidden unless otherwise confirmed. Requests for no media sharing will be honored.
Vacation and Holidays:
Coaches may take vacations and will provide adequate notice of any communication changes during these periods.
Major holidays include Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve/Day, Memorial Day, Canada Day, and Independence Day. Communication will be deferred to the next business day during these holidays. Details regarding check-ins and office hours during these times will be communicated by your coach.
